De’Anthony Melton (knee) is out for Monday’s game against the Heat.
Melton will sit out Monday’s game for injury management reasons, as it’s the first of two in as many nights for the Warriors. His absence may lead to Pat Spencer or Buddy Hield moving into the back end of the Warriors’ rotation, but neither is a must-stream player.

Stephen Curry (ankle) has been ruled out against the Thunder on Friday.
Curry will join Draymond Green (rest) and Jimmy Butler (illness) on the sidelines for this game after tweaking his ankle against the Warriors on Wednesday. His absence should open up minutes for Pat Spencer and Brandin Podziemski and plenty of shots for everyone available.
  • GSW Guard #61
Pat Spencer (personal) is not on the injury report against the Suns on Saturday.
Spencer had been on a hot streak for the shorthanded Warriors, but when the team got healthy, he only played seven minutes in his most recent appearance. He’ll be back after a one-game absence, but he likely won’t play a significant role.

Pat Spencer (personal) has been ruled out against the Suns on Thursday.
Spencer had been starring for Golden State, but with the team healthy for their last game, Spencer only played seven minutes. His absence will hurt their depth, but it shouldn’t impact fantasy basketball.

Gary Payton II (illness) and Seth Curry (glute) are questionable for Sunday’s matchup with the Trail Blazers.
Both Payton II and Curry have seen rotational minutes off the bench this season, but neither has seen enough run to be worth a look in standard fantasy leagues. Their potential absences could free up more playing time for the likes of Gui Santos, Pat Spencer and Will Richard, though none of those players are worth streaming.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said it’s “looking good” for Stephen Curry to return on Friday against the Timberwolves.
Curry has missed the last five games with a left quad contusion/strain. In that time, Brandin Podziemski has averaged about 26 minutes per game and been a borderline top-100 player in fantasy leagues, and Pat Spencer has gotten a chance to become one of the better stories in the NBA, playing over 26 minutes per game over his last three and averaging 15.7 points, 5.7 assists, and 4.3 rebounds. Curry’s potential return could dampen the run that Spencer has been on.

Pat Spencer delivered a team-high 19 points (7-of-2 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists and one steal over 29 minutes, leading the Warriors to an improbable 99-94 win over the Cavaliers.
Spencer stepped up to shoulder the scoring workload in his first career start for a bizarre Golden State lineup that was missing Stephen Curry (quad), Draymond Green (foot), Jimmy Butler (knee) and Al Hortford (sciatica) out of action. The 29-year-old guard dished out seven helpers and knocked down a couple pivotal shots in the fourth quarter to help the Warriors stave off a late rally from the Cavaliers. He’ll continue to get opportunities with Curry expected to miss at least another week while recovering from a quad bruise.

Pat Spencer, Moses Moody, Will Richard, Jonathan Kuminga and Quinten Post will start Saturday’s game against the Cavaliers.
The Warriors have been decimated by injuries, resulting in multiple changes to the starting lineup. Spencer, Kuminga and Post will be in the starting lineup, with Brandin Podziemski moving to the bench while Draymond Green and Al Horford are out. Spencer, who’s totaled 33 points in his last two games, is worth streaming while Kuminga and Post will also have added fantasy value.

Seth Curry (toe) is out for Saturday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Curry is among the many Warriors ruled out for Saturday’s game. With De’Antony Melton also out, expect to see a lot of Pat Spencer, who’s scored 17 and 16 points in his last two games. While a risky streaming play, he’s worth considering in deep leagues due to the current state of the Warriors’ roster.

Pat Spencer accounted for 16 points (5-of-8 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), four rebounds, four assists, one steal and two three-pointers in Thursday’s loss to the 76ers.
After matching his career-high in Tuesday’s loss to the Thunder, Spencer had another good night on Thursday. The two-way contract guard hit some big shots in the fourth quarter, including a three with 1:12 remaining that gave Golden State a 98-94 lead. Unfortunately for the Warriors, they would not score again, with Philadelphia ending the game on a 5-0 run. Spencer has some viability as a deep-league streamer for the final two games of Golden State’s road trip, due mainly to the absences of Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler.
