Cowboys signed DE Shakir Soto, formerly of the AAF’s San Diego Fleet.
Soto spent time with the Broncos and Raiders before logging five sacks and nine hurries in eight games with the Fleet. He’ll add pass-rushing depth behind premier edge defenders DeMarcus Lawrence and Robert Quinn.
