Arsenal are reigning champions and have lost almost no one of consequence while adding Bruno Guimaraes, one of the best and most complete midfielders in the world.
Given the above and the fact that Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Tottenham Hotspur all have new or pretty new managers, it does feel like the Gunners have the first claim to keeping the throne room locked to new occupants.
