The Knicks are waiving Solomon Hill, according to Fred Katz of The Athletic.
The Knicks acquired Hill from Atlanta in the trade that also brought then Cam Reddish. Hill is out for the season with a torn right hamstring so the Knicks are cutting their losses and signing Ryan Arcidiacono to a 10-day contract instead.

The Knicks are signing Ryan Arcidiacono to a second 10-day contract, according to Fred Katz of The Athletic.
The Knicks are waiving Solomon Hill, who they recently acquired in the Cam Reddish deal, in order to sign Arcidiacono. Hill is out for the season with a torn hamstring, so their is no use for him in New York. Arcidiacono is not expected to have an impact on fantasy basketball.

Solomon Hill (torn hamstring) has been traded to the Knicks.
Hill is out for the remainder of the season and was just salary filler in this trade.

The Atlanta Hawks announced on Wednesday that an MRI confirmed that Solomon Hill tore his right hamstring and that he is likely out for the remainder of the season.
This is the news we expected after Tuesday’s news, so it is not too surprising. Atlanta will continue to lean on Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot in the starting lineup, and they will hope to get Cam Reddish (wrist, illness) back for Friday’s game against Brooklyn.

Hawks GM Travis Schlenk said Tuesday morning that Solomon Hill tore his hamstring off of the bone, and said that he will be “out quite a while,” According to Mike Conti of the Atlanta Hawks Radio Network.
Schlenk added that Hill is “looking at a long process” so don’t expect him to be back anytime soon. The Hawks have been slammed by injuries, so this is terrible news for them as Bogdan Bogdanovic and Cam Reddish both remain out as well as Deandre Hunter and Onyeka Okongwu. Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot will continue to start and see extended minutes until Cam Reddish and Bogdan Bogdanovic are back in the lineup.

Solomon Hill (right hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday’s game vs. Minnesota.
This isn’t all that surprising given that Hill exited Sunday’s game with the hamstring issue, and we wouldn’t be shocked to see this turn into a multi-game absence. With Bogdan Bogdanovic (ankle) and potentially Cam Reddish (illness) also joining him on the sidelines tonight, Kevin Huerter could be forced to flirt with minutes in the 40s tonight.

Solomon Hill (right hamstring) was helped back to the locker room during the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Hornets.
The last thing that Atlanta needed was another injury on the wing. Hill went down in the final minute of the first quarter, as his left foot slipped while rotating over on defense. After nearly doing a full split, Hill walked off the court and back to the locker room with some assistance. Danilo Gallinari and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot will have to pick up even more of the slack if Hill is unable to return.

Solomon Hill (right hamstring injury) will not return to Sunday’s game against the Hornets.
Hill suffered the hamstring injury late in the first quarter, and given how he looked while walking back to the locker room, it’s no surprise that he’s done for the night. Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot and Danilo Gallinari are likely to get all the minutes that they can handle, and rookie Jalen Johnson may also get some run.

Hawks coach Nate McMillan said that he could see both Solomon Hill and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot getting minutes in the next couple of weeks with Bogdan Bogdanovic out with an ankle injury.
Neither will provide much in terms of fantasy value, but it will give the Hawks some more depth to an already deep team if either can make the most of their minutes over the next few weeks.

Solomon Hill started the second half of Saturday’s game in place of Bogdan Bogdanovic (right foot), posting four rebounds, one steal and nothing else in 12 minutes.
Cam Reddish also exited this game with a sprained wrist, so coach Nate McMillan opted for the veteran Hill after halftime. He remains a 3-and-D guy whose usage tends to hover in single digits (6.8% this season), so even as a starter his fantasy floor and ceiling are basically identical.
