Bills signed Richmond QB Aaron Corp.
A five-star high school recruit, Corp originally enrolled at USC, but transferred after breaking his leg and losing the Trojans’ starting job to Matt Barkley. Corp looks the part at 6-foot-4, 215 pounds, but has had his athleticism sapped by multiple leg injuries, and is now a fairly run-of-the-mill pocket passer with only an average arm. He’ll compete for the Bills’ No. 3 job.
  • FA Quarterback #4
Bills waived QB Aaron Corp and S Ian Wild.
Buffalo appears poised to take three quarterbacks to camp: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Vince Young, and Tyler Thigpen. Though Corp was somewhat heralded as a former five-star prep recruit, he didn’t show well in Bills rookie minicamp.
  • FA Quarterback #4
Dolphins signed QB Aaron Corp to a one-year contract.
A 2012 undrafted free agent out of USC and then Richmond, Corp is now with his third NFL organization. He’ll compete with Pat Devlin for the No. 3 job.
  • FA Quarterback #4
    Cowboys waived QB Aaron Corp.
Well, that didn’t last long. Corp signed with the Cowboys on Tuesday, and he’s getting the boot before rookie minicamp kicks off on Friday.
  • FA Quarterback #4
Bills signed QB Aaron Corp and OT Hutch Eckerson to reserve/future contracts.
Corp is now the only quarterback on Buffalo’s roster signed for 2013 behind Ryan Fitzpatrick. He is a former highly touted prep recruit who transferred away from USC and finished his career at Richmond. Corp, 24 in May, spent last summer in Bills camp. Eckerson spent time on the Saints’ 2012 practice squad.
  • FA Quarterback #4
Bills waived QB Aaron Corp, OT Adam Grant, K Chris Koepplin, and TE Joe Sawyer.
The Bills have now whittled down their offseason roster to 90, which is the NFL maximum. Corp became expendable when Buffalo drafted E.J. Manuel at No. 16.
  • FA Quarterback #4
Cowboys agreed to terms with QB Aaron Corp on a one-year contract.
Signed by the Bills in February, Corp was waived after the draft. The second-year undrafted free agent couldn’t crack an active roster last season, and is unlikely to come close in 2013.
  • FA Quarterback #4
Dolphins QB Aaron Corp suffered a broken collarbone in Thursday night’s preseason finale.
He’ll likely be sent to injured reserve on Saturday, as part of Miami’s final cuts. Corp was never a realistic candidate for a 53-man roster spot.
  • FA Quarterback #4
    Dolphins waived QB Aaron Corp.
Corp, 24, was signed in May after being cut by the Cowboys and Bills earlier in the offseason. WR Andrell Smith was signed in a corresponding move.
  • FA Quarterback #4
    Dolphins re-signed QB Aaron Corp.
The Dolphins waived Corp in late July so they could get a healthy receiver into practice. Now the 2012 undrafted free agent is back as a camp arm. Matt Moore and Pat Devlin are locked in as Ryan Tannehill’s backups.
