Charles Cross (foot) is not on Seattle’s final injury report for the NFC Championship game.
Despite not practicing either of the first two sessions of the week, Cross will start against the Rams. Backup T Josh Jones (knee/ankle) is questionable, and third-string left tackle Amari Kight (knee) is doubtful. Cross would appear to be on the spot to play through the pain if neither of his backups were cleared.

Seahawks LT Charles Cross (foot) did not practice on Thursday.
Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald told reporters earlier today that they are “optimistic” about Cross’ availability this week. Cross’ top-two backups, OT Josh Jones (knee/ankle) and OT Amari Kight (knee), were also absent again on Thursday and are considered “day-to-day,” per Macdonald.

Alabama received a verbal commitment from four-star 2019 OT Amari Kight.
Kight (6/'7/310) will be staying close to his hometown of Alabaster, Alabama. This likely factored into his decision as he said "[Alabama] is home for me, I connect with the people well, and I just felt like it’s the place where I could be most successful.” Kight is Alabama’s sixth top-100 recruit, giving Alabama the most prospects ranked in the ESPN 300 of all schools with nine. Alabama continues to churn out impressive recruiting classes and remain at the pinnacle of college football.

Alabama four-star 2019 verbal OT commit Amari Kight is not wavering off his pledge.
That’s not to say that the 6-foot-7, 310-pound Kight’s recruitment has quieted since he pledged to Alabama in late April. Auburn and LSU continue to circle for the four-star lineman. Still, at this juncture, he seems to be very much of the “Alabama or bust” mindset. On the 247Sports composite board, Kight lands as the No. 46 overall prospect in the 2019 class.
