Matt Bernier shares his best bets tonight in the MLB and NHL and Vaughn and Drew analyze the NFL Draft market.
Matt Bernier joins the show to break down the MLB and NHL slate. He is backing the Mariners (-121) today against the White Sox with right-hander Logan Gilbert on the mound. He also is taking the over (9) in Nationals-Pirates. On the ice, Matt is siding with a couple of the best teams in the Western Conference on the puck line. He is riding with the Blues (+130) on the road vs Sabres and the Flames (+160) at home against the Golden Knights.
Vaughn and Drew then give their thoughts on the NFL Draft. They dissect who will go #1 overall and while there’s a chance it could be a couple different players both feel rather certain it will be Aidian Hutchinson (-275). They also look at who will be the first QB taken. There are two clear cut options with Malik Willis (-170) and Kenny Pickett (+140) and both Vaughn and Drew confidently see Willis being the first one off the board. Lastly, they look at who the first WR taken will be and Vaughn and Drew are split. Vaughn believes it will be USC’s Drake London (+125) and Drew thinks it will be Alabama product Jameson Williams (+350).
Vaughn and Drew wrap up today’s episode with their Edge of the Day plays. Drew sees value in the 76ers to cover the spread (-4) at home against the Raptors in Game 1 Saturday and Vaughn likes the Bucks (+270) to sweep the Bulls.
