On the latest episode of Bet the Edge, Jay Croucher and Drew Dinsick reminisce about some big time winners on the NFL Week 2 board before eyeing up a huge double dip on Monday Night Football where the Tennessee Titans head to upstate New York to face the Buffalo Bills (-10) and the Minnesota Vikings check out the City of Brotherly Love in an epic NFC showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles (-2.5).

Bet the Edge kicks off the program by first reviewing the early season turbulence in San Francisco with the news that starting QB Trey Lance is expected to miss the season with an ankle injury. The pair still believe in Jimmy Garoppolo enough to deliver an NFC West crown (+150), and potentially late season magic. Jay and Drew take inventory on two teams trending in opposite directions with the Miami Dolphins after a thrilling win against the Ravens where they overcame a 21-point deficit, and the Indianapolis Colts fresh off their 24-0 beatdown in Jacksonville. Jay is keeping a close eye on the Dolphins (+400) to win the AFC East, while he believes the Colts helped propel the Jaguars (+325) as a team to monitor for the AFC South title.

Looking at the Titans and Bills matchup, Drew believes Buffalo will manhandle an underwhelming Tennessee squad that looks extremely different from last season. He believes the under (47.5) is in play with the Bills likely just trying to kill time and coast off a big lead in the second half. Jay is checking a heavyweight bout between the Vikings and Eagles, which could have a huge hand in deciding the Coach of the Year market with favorite Kevin O’Connell (+750) and Nick Sirianni (+1000).
