On the latest episode of Bet the Edge, Jay Croucher and Drew Dinsick highlight what this Week 4 Thursday night game means between the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Bengals (-3.5) for not just tonight, but the rest of the season.
Bet the Edge discusses how the Miami blitzing packages can alter the outcome of this game with Joe Burrow being a pristine passer against extra pressure. Both Jay and Drew believe Cincy is the correct side on this one, but take a closer look at playing them to win the AFC North (+325) with a huge tilt looming on SNF against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 5. They see the Dolphins just a bit shorthanded considering all of the key injuries they have like Tua Tagovailoa, Jaylen Waddle, and Terron Armstead, in addition to playing on a short week coming off a game where their defense played 90 plays on defense against Buffalo. Drew considers Miami too long to be on making the playoffs (-400), but is intrigued at the prospect of them possibly winning the AFC East (+225).
Jay and Drew also highlight playing Miami’s team total under (22.5) tonight in addition to props related to Ja’Marr Chase and Joe Mixon.
Bet the Edge will highlighting several more pivotal matchups throughout the week!
