For the last 10 seasons, Julio Jones has been a staple in the Atlanta Falcons’ Offense. Jones has proven himself as one of, if not the best wide receiver in the league during his tenure. The Falcons franchise is now headed in a different direction and Jones will not be a part of it. Jones is even quoted as saying “ I’m out of there.”
Everyone is now wondering where Julio Jones will play in the 2021-2022 season, and our partners at PointsBet have posted odds on where he’ll be catching passes next.
San Francisco 49ers +450
The San Francisco 49ers are the odds-on favorites to land Julio Jones on PointsBet. Julio will be looking to play for a winner with an offensive concept that he is familiar with, and the Niners provide exactly that. Julio had great seasons with Kyle Shanahan as his offensive coordinator in Atlanta. As the head coach of the 49ers, Shanahan has proven that he can lead a team to a Super Bowl and his offensive scheme remains top-notch. I’m just not sure the Niners have the cap space to take on Jones contract.
Indianapolis Colts +475
This would be a great landing spot for Jones. The Colts will be a contender in the AFC if Carson Wentz can regain his form this season. TY Hilton’s best days are behind him, but adding Jones could really help the career of both players. Problem is, much like the Niners, I don’t think the Colts have the assets to get the deal done.

Los Angeles Chargers +475
The Chargers’ second year quarterback Justin Herbert would see his MVP odds shorten if Julio Jones were to join him in Los Angeles. The Chargers should be much improved this season, and they will likely be a playoff team. Julio will not make them better than the Chiefs, but they would definitely make noise in the AFC. I think this could be a possibility as the Chargers have the cap space to pull it off.
Baltimore Ravens +600
A big-time wide receiver like Julio Jones ,even this deep in his career, would make the Ravens a Super Bowl favorite. A true WR1 would be a god-send for Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. It sounds good, but I doubt Baltimore would trade the assets it would take to acquire Julio, especially considering a long term deal for Lamar Jackson is on the horizon.
New England Patriots +700
I’m surprised the Patriots are not the favorites to acquire Julio Jones. The Patriots have a history of bringing in veteran wideouts, and Julio is the type of player that would be a perfect fit in New England. The Patriots have a veteran quarterback in Cam Newton who has a very team-friendly contract, as well as a rookie quarterback in Mac Jones. They have the cap space to pay Jones and they have a need for the future Hall of Famer. Rumors have it that Jones wants to be traded to New England.

Tennessee Titans +1000
I can’t really see Jones being a member of the Titans next season. The Titans have big money invested into Ryan Tannehill and Derrick Henry. They have a young, playmaking wide receiver in A.J. Brown who they want to see develop.
Green Bay Packers +1200
The thought of Aaron Rodgers throwing touchdown passes to Julio Jones must have sugar plums dancing in the heads of Packer fans and fantasy football managers. Too bad it will never happen, at least not in Green Bay. Atlanta will not trade Julio to the Packers. Aaron Rodgers may not even be their quarterback this upcoming season.
Arizona Cardinals +2500
Can you imagine a Kliff Kingsbury offense with Kyler Murray, DeAndre Hopkins and Julio Jones? There would be fantasy fireworks all over the field. From an NFL perspective, this could possibly happen, although I would be shocked if the Falcons trade Jones to another NFC team.
