Robbie Earle and Robbie Mustoe drop by to discuss all things Premier League including a couple massive rivalry games and Corey Parson helps handicap tonight’s playoff games on the hardwood.
It’s a two horse race for the top of the Premier League and Liverpool has closed the gap on Manchester City. Robbie Earle explains why there is some value to take Liverpool (+185) to win the Premier League. On the other end with regards to relegation, Robbie Mustoe believes Everton (-304) should avoid being sent down and highlights that he doesn’t think Burnley can gain enough ground on them. The two Robbie’s then give their thoughts on the big games during the week, Liverpool vs Manchester United and Chelsea vs Arsenal. Robbie Mustoe is backing Liverpool (-264) who comes in red hot riding a four match win streak. In the other match both Robbies are siding with Chelsea (-115), noting Arsenal has some holes on their team Chelsea can exploit. Finally, Matt and Drew engage in an early preview of the Kentucky Derby with the two Robbie’s and discuss what horses are grabbing their attention about 3 weeks away from the run for the roses.
Corey Parson also joins Bet the Edge to break down tonight’s three playoff games. In the first game, Corey is backing the Raptors (+7.5) on the road against the Sixers. He is also riding with the Mavericks (+5) who will likely be without Luka Doncic, but are trying to avoid going down 0-2 at home. The last game of the night Corey is siding with another underdog, liking the Nuggets (+7) to stay within the number against the Warriors.
Matt and Drew wrap up today’s episode with their Edge of the Day plays. Drew likes the Jazz to cover the spread (-5) on the road against the Mavericks and Matt sees value in the Senators (+100) to beat the Kraken.
