    Beat writers noted several times throughout the offseason that the former Penn State wide receiver looked better than Harbor in non-contact practices. Brackett will have to improve his blocking to at least functional before he unseats Harbor.

    A second-year pro, Brackett pushed Clay Harbor for No. 2 duties in Philadelphia, but was waived after making eight catches for 64 yards and two touchdowns during the preseason. A former receiver, Brackett will provide pass-catching depth for the Jags after they waived/injured Zach Miller on Saturday.
