    Colts signed CB Briean Boddy-Calhoun.
Indianapolis moved S Rolan Milligan to injured reserve in a corresponding move. Boddy-Calhoun most recently had a failed stint with the Texans, recording two tackles on special teams against Jacksonville before being waived mid-week. He’s insurance just in case Kenny Moore (ankle) and Pierre Desir (groin) remain sidelined against the Panthers.

    Texans released CB Briean Boddy-Calhoun.
It’s been a rough offseason for Boddy-Calhoun, who joined the Texans on a one-year deal in March after the Browns let him walk as a restricted free agent. Unable to secure a spot in Houston’s secondary, the fourth-year ballhawk will hope to catch on as a depth option elsewhere.

Texans signed CB Briean Boddy-Calhoun, formerly of the Browns, to a one-year, $900,000 contract.
Boddy-Calhoun wasn’t tendered an offer as a restricted free agent in Cleveland. The 26-year-old has position versatility with the ability to play safety and nickel corner as well as special teams. Boddy-Calhoun joins FS Tashaun Gipson and CB Bradley Roby in the Texans’ made-over secondary after losing Kareem Jackson, Kevin Johnson, and Tyrann Mathieu in free agency.

The Browns will not tender restricted free agent CB Briean Boddy-Calhoun a contract, making him a free agent.
GM John Dorsey said last week that the Browns would tender Boddy-Calhoun, but the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports there has been a change of heart. A 2016 undrafted free agent, Boddy-Calhoun has made at least six starts for the Browns each of the past three seasons. At 26 years old, Boddy-Calhoun’s ability to play both slot corner and safety should give him a significant market.

Jaguars signed Minnesota CB Briean Boddy-Calhoun.
Boddy-Calhoun (5'10/193) was a two-year starter in the Gophers’ secondary, piling up nine interceptions and 15 pass breakups across his final two seasons. The ballhawk showed plus athleticism in Indy, blazing 4.47 with a 10-foot-4 broad jump and 35-inch vertical. On tape, Boddy-Calhoun allowed too much separation when aligned on the perimeter and will have to play more physically with less cushion to become a legitimate option on the outside. He’ll likely open his career covering punts and kicks.
