    Raiders re-signed DT C.J. Wilson to a two-year, $2.8 million deal.
The longtime Packer appeared in all 16 games for the Raiders last season, making seven starts. He’ll be a deep reserve for new coach Jack Del Rio.
  • FA Defensive Lineman
    Raiders re-signed DT C.J. Wilson to a two-year contract.
28-year-old Wilson’s calling card is versatility, as he can line up at any interior line position and even play strong-side defensive end in a pinch. He finished 2014 with 23 tackles and a pair of sacks, starting 7-of-16 games. Wilson should return as a reserve behind Dan Williams and Antonio Smith.
  • FA Defensive Lineman
Raiders signed DL C.J. Wilson, formerly of the Packers.
Wilson, 26, appeared in just eight games last year as a rotational lineman. He was mostly a 3-4 end with the Packers, but figures to play defensive tackle in Oakland’s 4-3 scheme. Wilson joins Justin Tuck, Antonio Smith, and Lamarr Woodley as free agents the Raiders have added to their defensive line.
  • FA Linebacker
Packers DE Jarius Wynn has been labeled the “unsung hero” for his two drive-killing sacks against the Bears in Week 3.
Lining up opposite dominant left end Ryan Pickett, Wynn has severely outplayed C.J. Wilson through three games. Wynn and Picket are ranked second and third among 3-4 defensive ends in Pro Football Focus’ run defense rankings early this season.
  • FA Defensive Lineman
C.J. Wilson has won the starting right end job in the Packers’ 3-4 base.
He beat out second-round rookie Jerel Worthy at the “Okie” spot. Last season, Wilson played behind Jarius Wynn and Howard Green before moving ahead of Green over the final two regular season games.

Packers RE C.J. Wilson was forced from the Packers’ Week 12 game with a knee injury, and will not return.
Wilson has headed to the locker room, and was in “some agony,” according to the NBC telecast. He was ruled out after halftime. Mike Neal and Jerel Worthy have come on opposite Ryan Pickett. If Wilson’s injury is serious, it would be more bad news for the Packers’ walking-wounded defense.
  • FA Defensive Lineman
Packers RE C.J. Wilson (groin) is listed as questionable for Week 3 on Monday night against the Seahawks.
Wilson was a limited participant in practice throughout the week. He beat out second-round rookie Jerel Worthy for the starting job in training camp and preseason, but if Wilson can’t go Worthy should see plenty of snaps.
  • FA Defensive Lineman
Saints signed DT C.J. Wilson, formerly of the Lions.
Wilson appeared in 12 games last season, recording 11 tackles and one sack between the Raiders and Lions. The 29-year-old spent his first four years in Green Bay after entering the league as a seventh-round pick in 2010.
  • FA Defensive Lineman
    Saints released DT C.J. Wilson.
TE RaShaun Allen, CB Brandon Dixon, OG Kaleb Eulls and LB Tony Steward have been waived. Smith signed as depth in June. A sixth-year pro, Wilson made 12 appearances between the Raiders and Lions last season. He’ll troll for end-of-roster work.
  • FA Defensive Lineman
    Bears signed DT C.J. Wilson.
Wilson appeared in 12 games between the Raiders and Lions last season. He’ll provide veteran depth for a defensive line that’s been hit hard by injury.
