University Of Minnesota head football coach Tim Brewster has announced that sophomore defensive lineman Terrell Combs has left the squad, the school said in a press release.
“Terrell Combs has decided to transfer,” Brewster said. “We wish him the best of luck in the future.”
The 6-2, 252-pound defensive end was buried deep on the Gophers’ depth chart, and that situation likely led, at least partly, to his departure.
