It wasn’t all good news for TCU following a 69-0 victory over New Mexico over the weekend. The Horned Frogs dominated in every aspect of the game, but dealt with an injury in the process that could thin their depth at offensive line.
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports that left tackle Michael Thompson (not pictured) suffered an unspecified leg injury during the game on Saturday and will miss the rest of the season. Coach Gary Patterson said the injury occurred away from contact, but was still classified as “serious”.
The redshirt freshman was listed as a reserve lineman for TCU.
