White Sox released INF D.J. Burt.
The 27-year-old signed a minor league deal with the White Sox prior to the 2022 season. He appeared in 97 games across three minor league levels, slashing an underwhelming .261/.363/.347 with three homers, 27 RBI and 47 stolen bases (in 54 attempts) across 382 plate appearances. He’ll look to latch on elsewhere on a minor league pact.
