Biggest Booms, Busts in the Bubble

T.J. Warren

T.J. Warren

Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

T.J. Warren had his first truly disappointing game of the NBA bubble experience on Monday, putting up 12 points with five boards in a 114-92 blowout loss against the Heat. Prior to that game, Warren had averaged 34.8 ppg, 6.6 rpg, 2.4 apg, 1.6 spg, 1.4 bpg, 4.0 3s in his first five games in Orlando, putting up numbers that would have intrigued Kevin Durant in his prime, and making us wonder if the 26-year-old had somehow permanently leveled up his game.

Even with the dud on Monday, it’s still a valid question, and it’s one that Dr. A and I attempt to answer on the latest episode of the Rotoworld Fantasy Basketball Podcast. We also look at some wild production from Luka Doncic (33.4 ppg, 11.6 rpg, 11.6 apg) and Kristaps Porzingis (29.4 ppg, 10.2 ppg, 1.0 spg, 1.4 bpg and 1.8 3s), and an extreme letdown from Zion Williamson, Jrue Holiday, Lonzo Ball and the New Orleans Pelicans.
