Nikola Jokic was a supreme source of aggravation early on this season, as the consensus first-round fantasy pick arrived in early December averaging an underwhelming 14.9 ppg, 10.1 rpg, 6.2 apg, 1.2 spg, 0.5 bpg and 0.8 3s through his first 19 games (while shooting 45.1 percent from the field).
In 10 games since then, Jokic has re-emerged as a force, putting up 22.2 ppg, 10.0 rpg, 8.1 apg, 0.6 spg, 0.8 bpg and 2.0 3s, on 55.1 percent shooting.
On the latest episode of the Rotoworld Fantasy Basketball Podcast, I’m joined by Tommy Beer, Mike Gallagher, Jared Johnson, Steve Alexander and Ryan Knaus to make some fantasy predictions for 2020. We discuss the outlook for players ranging from Jokic to Mike Conley to Dejounte Murray and Zion Williamson. Plus, some potentially good news on Mitchell Robinson and Coby White, and that time that Dr. A asked Rick Carlisle for his shoes.
