Keeping with the tradition of professional golfers posting unflattering photos of themselves after surgery, Justin Thomas took to Instagram on Wednesday to share this beauty from his hospital bed after getting his wisdom teeth pulled:
Thomas, who is off this week after losing to Phil Mickelson in a playoff on Sunday at the WGC-Mexico Championship, hilariously captioned the photo, “I’m pretty.”
Perhaps the only thing better than Thomas’ caption is Tom Lovelady’s comment. The fellow PGA Tour player couldn’t help but have a little fun at JT’s expense, referencing Thomas’ run-in with a fan two weeks ago at the Honda Classic:
Thomas is scheduled to return to at the WGC-Dell Match Play at the end of the month, giving him plenty of time to recover and to go find that fan with Lovelady.
