Padres acquired OF Kyung-Min Na in the Andrew Cashner deal.
Na, a 20-year-old who signed a couple years ago out of Korea, has batted just .244/.335/.284 with zero homers over minor league 519 plate appearances. The athletic outfielder batted .360/.453/.430 during rookie ball but struggled when he went up against full-season competition. Needless to say, he’s not close to making a big league impact.
