Virginia Tech sophomore DT Mario Kendricks (undisclosed) is out for Friday night’s game against Boston College.
A few days ago, Kendricks (6'0/290) said from his own Twitter account that he will, “be good” when somebody asked him about his injury status heading into Friday’s game against Boston College. That does not appear to be the case now, as Kendricks has been ruled out for Friday’s contest against the Eagles, leaving a glaring hole on Tech’s defensive front. On the season, Kendricks has totaled 267 snaps, registering eight quarterback pressures and one sack to go with seven total tackles.
