Mario Hezonja is unlikely to make the final roster in Memphis.
He’s not even expected to join the team at camp, which is pretty telling. Marko Guduric is in the same boat, but that’s not a surprise. Hezonja’s future in the NBA is looking pretty bleak.

  • NBA Shooting Guard #23
Marko Guduric (illness) played four minutes vs. the 76ers on Friday with nine points and one triple.
He got some garbage time tonight so this little outburst doesn’t move the needle. Guduric hasn’t looked like he belongs in an NBA rotation and can be left on the wire.
  • NBA Shooting Guard #23
Marko Guduric (illness) is not listed on the injury report for Friday’s game vs. the Sixers.
Guduric has appeared in just six games over the last two months, but he could a few minutes off the bench on Friday with the Grizzlies still awaiting the players they traded for this week to pass physicals.
  • NBA Shooting Guard #23
Marko Guduric (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Mavericks.
He’s a non-factor in the rotation and irrelevant in fantasy hoops.
  • NBA Shooting Guard #23
Marko Guduric will be suspended for Friday against the Pelicans.
He was in the rotation with the Grizzlies missing De’Anthony Melton (hand) and Grayson Allen (hip). Without him and with Jaren Jackson Jr. also out, the Grizzlies could give Josh Jackson his first real chance at minutes.
  • Small Forward #99
Jae Crowder (left ankle soreness) is questionable for Saturday’s game vs. the Wizards.
This is a new injury for Crowder, who has started each of the Grizzlies 25 games this season. Crowder leads the team in minutes this season (31.1 mpg), so if he’s sidelined, there will be plenty of playing time up for grabs. Dillon Brooks, Bruno Caboclo, Solomon Hill and Marko Guduric would divvy up extra minutes.
  • NBA Shooting Guard #23
Marko Guduric (knee) played eight minutes on Monday vs. the Pacers with five points, one assist and one triple.
Grayson Allen (ankle) was back in action for the Grizzlies tonight, playing 12 minutes compared to eight for Guduric. Neither player is on the fantasy radar though, as Dillon Brooks is currently entrenched as the starting SG. Plus, De’Anthony Melton could be in the backcourt mix soon too.
  • NBA Shooting Guard #23
Marko Guduric (knee) will be available to play on Monday against the Pacers.
Guduric is averages just 5.4 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game this season on 36.5% shooting. Leave him on the wire.
  • NBA Shooting Guard #23
Marko Guduric (sore right knee) is questionable for Monday’s game vs. the Pacers.
He’s not a large enough part of the rotation for his playing status to make a difference in fantasy hoops.
  • PHX Guard #8
Grayson Allen (left ankle) will be available to play on Saturday against the Lakers.
Allen has been sideline for almost three weeks due to lingering ankle soreness. He may take some time away from Mark Guduric, but he’s not on the fantasy radar at the moment.
