Braves signed C Arden Pabst to a minor league contract.
Pabst registered a subterranean .194/.220/.230 triple-slash line with seven homers in 214 plate appearances last year at Double-A Altoona in the Pirates’ system. The 26-year-old backstop will augment the Braves’ minor-league catching depth this upcoming season.
