Tigers acquired OF Brady Allen from the Marlins for OF Jonathan Davis.
Allen, 23, was the Marlins’ fifth-round selection from the 2021 draft. He had been stationed at High-A Beloit where he was slashing .256/.324/.440 with three homers, 18 RBI and one stolen base in 142 plate appearances. It feels like an nice gamble for the Tigers.
