Mets acquired LHP Bryan Hudon from the White Sox for cash considerations.
With AJ Minter (lat) expected to open the season on the injured list, the Mets wanted to add second capable left-hander to their bullpen mix to work alongside Brooks Raley. Hudson will get the chance to compete for that job with Joe Jacques and Anderson Severino during spring training.

Joel Sherman of the New York Post reports that the Mets have agreed to acquire left-hander Bryan Hudson from the White Sox for cash considerations.
The White Sox designated Hudson for assignment over the weekend and the Mets took advantage by making them a cash offer for the 28-year-old southpaw. Hudson has proven to be a viable bullpen arm over the past couple of seasons and should add quality depth to the Mets’ bullpen mix.

White Sox designated LHP Bryan Hudson for assignment.
Hudson lost his spot on Chicago’s 40-man roster after the club finalized a one-year pact with veteran outfielder Austin Hays earlier this week. The 28-year-old lefty posted a serviceable 4.80 ERA — 4.65 xERA — and 19/13 K/BB ratio across 15 innings between the White Sox and Brewers last season. There should be some interest on waivers given his success two years ago as a key component of Milwaukee’s relief mix.

White Sox placed LHP Bryan Hudson on the 15-day injured list with a lower back strain.
Hudson was only called up Tuesday, but he must have gotten hurt while throwing a scoreless inning that night. He has a 4.80 ERA in 16 appearances for the Brewers and White Sox this season.

White Sox recalled LHP Bryan Hudson from Triple-A Charlotte.
It’ll be Hudson’s second stint with the White Sox after he allowed three runs in 3 2/3 innings in three appearances last month. Including his time with the Brewers, he has a 5.14 ERA and a 17/13 K/BB in 14 innings this season.

White Sox optioned LHP Bryan Hudson to Triple-A Charlotte.
Hudson struggled in three relief appearances after being called up earlier this week for his White Sox debut. The 28-year-old southpaw heads back to the minors for now, but he should re-surface at some point in the final seven weeks.

White Sox recalled LHP Bryan Hudson from Triple-A Charlotte.
Hudson receives the call to join Chicago’s relief corps after being claimed off waivers over the weekend from the Brewers. The 28-year-old southpaw was a lights-out reliever last year for Milwaukee with a sparkling 1.73 ERA across 62 1/3 innings (43 appearances). He was demoted back in mid-May after posting a pedestrian 4.35 ERA across 10 1/3 innings (12 appearances).

White Sox claimed LHP Bryan Hudson off waivers from the Brewers.
Hudson represents an interesting gamble for the White Sox since he’s just 28 years old and was a central component of Milwaukee’s relief mix last year when he posted a stellar 1.73 ERA across 62 1/3 innings (43 appearances). The results haven’t quite been there this season, but he’s an upgrade for the White Sox given the state of their relief corps.

Brewers designated LHP Bryan Hudson for assignment.
The Brewers needed to clear a couple of spots on their 40-man roster before Friday and unfortunately Hudson is one of the players that drew a short straw this time around. It’s possible that the 28-year-old southpaw passes through waivers unclaimed and will continue to function as extra bullpen depth at Triple-A Nashville.

Brewers optioned LHP Bryan Hudson to Triple-A Nashville.
The Brewers needed a roster spot for Logan Henderson, who is starting on Wednesday, so Hudson was sent back to the minors. He could be called back up when the Brewers need another bullpen arm.
