Manny Pina hit .279/.327/.424 as the Brewers’ catcher last year. He only had nine homers. This morning in Maryvale, however, he knocked The Eagles’ “Hotel California” out of the park:
Best part of that video is not the singing, though. It’s the “We Play to Win” t-shirt. In 2018, there are only a handful of teams which can make that claim truthfully.
In other news, yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the release of “The Big Lebowski.” The Dude does not like The Eagles, but I bet he feels better about the Gipsy Kings. And probably Manny Pina too.
