David Ortiz went way yard off Phillies starter Jerad Eickhoff in the bottom of the first inning Sunday afternoon at Fenway Park to give the Red Sox an early 2-0 lead.
It was the 497th home run of Big Papi’s career and his 200th home run at Fenway Park. The only other players who have hit 200 home runs at Fenway: Ted Williams (248), Carl Yastrzemski (237), and Jim Rice (208).
