It was bad enough that the Reds were down 9-0 amidst Jake Arrieta’s no-hit bid. Kris Bryant buried them in the top of the seventh inning with a grand slam to center field off of Drew Hayes to push the Cubs’ lead to 13-0. Bryant had already homered, giving Arrieta his first two runs with a two-run home run in the first inning.

Bryant is now hitting .262 with four home runs and 13 RBI on the season.
