Kansas City’s offense jumped all over Blue Jays starter R.A. Dickey in the top of the first inning of Tuesday’s ALCS Game 4 at Rogers Centre in Toronto.

Alcides Escobar hit a leadoff bunt single down the third base line, Ben Zobrist slugged a two-run shot, Lorenzo Cain drew a walk and later scored on a passed ball, and then Mike Moustakas drove in the Royals’ fourth run of the frame with a sacrifice fly to center field ...

Dickey had trouble spotting effective knuckleballs from the jump and he didn’t make it out of the second. Kansas City is looking to grab a 3-1 series lead in this best-of-seven.
