Myron Gardner (ankle) will not play in Summer League.

Gardner sprained his left ankle during Miami’s first California Classic game on Friday and has since been sent back to Miami to undergo further treatment. The 6-foot-6 wing appeared in 45 games as a rookie, averaging 3.6 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.0 assist in 9.1 minutes. While Gardner is unlikely to be in a position to impact fantasy basketball next season, the Heat saw their depth take a hit with the Giannis Antetokounmpo trade. As a result, there may be a few more opportunities for Gardner to contribute.

Pelle Larsson (leg) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Hawks.

Absent from the initial injury report released by the Heat, Larsson is dealing with a lower right leg contusion. If he’s unable to play, Keshad Johnson and Myron Gardner could see their minutes increase. Johnson, who played legitimate rotation minutes in Friday’s win over the Wizards, is the superior option for managers in active fantasy leagues.

Andrew Wiggins (toe) is out for Saturday’s game against the Magic.

Wiggins has missed Miami’s last four games with a toe injury, and Saturday’s game will be the fifth. While Myron Gardner had been the replacement in the starting lineup, Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra called on Kel’el Ware to fill the void in Thursday’s win over the Bucks.

Davion Mitchell, Kasparas Jakučionis, Pelle Larsson, Bam Adebayo and Kel’el Ware will start Thursday’s game against the Bucks.

Ware is back after missing Tuesday’s rout of the Wizards, and he’s been moved into the starting lineup. As a result, Myron Gardner will come off the bench. That’s the lone change to the Heat starting lineup.

Andrew Wiggins (toe) is out for Thursday’s game against the Bucks.

Wiggins will miss a fourth straight game with a toe injury, likely resulting in another start for Myron Gardner. Gardner is not worth the risk in redraft leagues despite the role change.

Tyler Herro (quad) is out for Tuesday’s game against the Wizards.

Initially listed as questionable with a sore left quad, Herro has been ruled out for Tuesday’s game against the Wizards. Jaime Jaquez Jr., Pelle Larsson and Myron Gardner all figure to see extra minutes and usage with Herro sidelined.

Tyler Herro (quad) is questionable for Tuesday’s matchup with the Wizards.

Herro is dealing with left quad soreness, and he’s in danger of sitting out against the Wizards. If he ends up missing this one, Jaime Jaquez Jr. Pelle Larsson and Myron Gardner could enjoy some extra minutes.

Andrew Wiggins (toe) is out for Tuesday’s game against the Wizards.

Wiggins will remain out for a third consecutive game, the last two due to sesamoiditis in his left big toe. Myron Gardner has filled the void in the starting lineup, totaling 10 points, 11 rebounds and four assists. Fantasy managers seeking a streamer are better off adding Jaime Jaquez Jr. if he’s on the waiver wire.

Andrew Wiggins (toe) is out for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.

Wiggins, who missed Friday’s win over the Hornets due to patellar tendinitis in both knees, is dealing with inflammation in his left big toe. Myron Gardner moved into the starting lineup, but Jaime Jaquez Jr. is the player whose fantasy value receives the most significant boost with Wiggins unavailable.

Davion Mitchell, Tyler Herro, Pelle Larsson, Myron Gardner and Bam Adebayo will start Friday’s game against the Hornets.

Already without Norman Powell, the Heat won’t have Andrew Wiggins for Friday’s game, either. Gardner moves into the starting lineup, where he offers modest value as a deep-league streamer.
