Matt Crafton remains atop Truck Series standings after Iowa

Matt Crafton continues to lead the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver points standings after Friday night’s American Ethanol 200 at Iowa Speedway.

Crafton, the two-time defending series champion, maintains a 12-point lead over second-ranked Tyler Reddick. Crafton will maintain that lead for a while: the Truck Series is now off until its next race, July 9 at Kentucky Speedway.

Friday’s race winner Erik Jones moved up one spot into third place, 26 points behind Crafton. Johnny Sauter, dropped from third to fourth, 43 points behind Crafton, while John Wes Townley remains in fifth, 76 points in arrears to Crafton.
