The move makes room for Cherokee Parks, who can better defend opposing power forwards and centers than the perimeter-oriented Langhi.

Langhi signed with the Warriors eight days ago after the NBA granted the team a hardship exception to add a 13th active roster player. He did not appear in the Warriors’ four games during that time.

Langhi played in 60 games for the Suns last season, but the Spurs could find room for him on their roster.

Langhi, cut by the Spurs earlier this month, averaged 3.1 points and 1.5 rebounds in 60 games for the Suns last season. He won’t get much playing time for the Warriors.

Because the Warriors have six injured players, they were given a special roster exemption to sign a 16th player. Langhi, who was just released by the team on Saturday, was the choice. He’ll probably be let go again once others start getting healthy.

It’s better than being released.

Langhi had been on the injured list with an injured left ankle.

Langhi, released by the Warriors twice this season, appeared in 60 games for the Suns last year, averaging 3.1 points per game. He’ll be Milwaukee’s 12th man.
