L.A. received the pick in a swap with the Pelicans and they used it to acquire a 6'4" point guard who averaged 5.7 points, 0.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 13.6 minutes last season. The 22 year old has good size and athleticism, and he’s expected to join the Clippers for the 2016-17 season, so we’ll keep an eye on him during the offseason.

The Clippers haven’t made a final decision on the 2016 second-round draft pick, but based on this report, it would appear he won’t be playing many games (if any) in Los Angeles during his rookie season.

He was the 39th pick in the 2016 Draft, but the Clippers were never expected to bring him over right away.
