Malcolm Thomas will work out for the Heat this week.
Despite standing out in summer league, Thomas still hasn’t been able to land a guaranteed deal for next season. He worked out for the Knicks recently, and he was reportedly “close to a deal” in early August. Miami has also worked out Nigerian swingman Chamberlain Oguchi and Jack McClinton as the team looks to round out its training camp roster.
