The 51st overall pick in the 2023 draft, Wilson spent three seasons in Brooklyn before becoming a free agent this summer. The 6-foot-6 wing appeared in 55 games in 2025-26, averaging 6.4 points and 2.1 rebounds in 15.9 minutes. Wilson fills Atlanta’s third two-way contract slot, joining Keshon Gilbert and RayJ Dennis. He is unlikely to get the minutes needed to affect fantasy basketball, especially after the Hawks acquired Luguentz Dort from Oklahoma City.

The continued absences of Mann and Minott free up additional minutes for Jalen Wilson and Malachi Smith. The latter started Friday’s loss to the Bucks and played 43 minutes, while Wilson logged 34 minutes off the bench.

Mann will miss a second straight game, which should allow Jalen Wilson to get another start. He contributed 19 points, five rebounds and four assists in 26 minutes as a starter on Sunday.

The Nets have three new starters for Sunday’s game. Wilson, Liddell and Johnson are in, filling the voids left by Terance Mann, Noah Clowney and Nic Claxton.

Wilson is on track to play Tuesday night after sitting out Sunday’s win over the Kings. His return may push E.J. Liddell out of the rotation after he logged 21 minutes against Sacramento.

Added to the Nets’ injury report early Sunday afternoon, Wilson is now officially out. His absence does not affect fantasy basketball significantly, but it does free up minutes for some of the Nets’ other reserves. With Josh Minott (hip) also out, Chaney Johnson should play more than the 14 minutes he logged in Friday’s loss to the Lakers.

Wilson’s status has been downgraded again, this time from probable to questionable. Generally speaking, that does not bode well for a player’s availability. His absence would free up minutes for Chaney Johnson, but he is not a must-roster player.

Wilson was added to the injury report early Sunday afternoon, but the probable tag suggests that he will ultimately be available. At best, he offers limited value off the bench and should not be rostered in fantasy leagues.

Wilson recorded his third straight double-digit scoring performance on Wednesday, largely thanks to a combination of two-point scoring and free-throw production. As a result, he tied a season-high in points and continues to show some encouraging signs down the stretch of his third NBA season. However, he’s not someone fantasy managers should consider rostering.

Powell will be back following a one-game absence. Jalen Wilson got the starting nod in his place but should return to playing a role off the bench with Powell back.
