The Kings brought in Jarell Eddie for a workout this weekend and are considering signing him.
Eddie could bring some extra depth to the three-spot in Sacramento, but he’ll be irrelevant in fantasy hoops.

The Wizards guaranteed $175,000 of Jarell Eddie’s contract to delay the guarantee date, according to J. Michael of CSNMidAtlantic.com.
He had a guarantee date of July 15, but the two sides agreed to push it back after after a solid Summer League. Eddie has a decent shot to lock up one of the last spots on the roster, but he won’t be a fantasy factor.
  • Shooting Guard #9
Jarell Eddie scored 22 points with six rebounds, four assists and five 3-pointers against the Bulls on Saturday.
He doesn’t have a guarantee on his deal, but coach Scott Brooks said on ESPN that the Wizards could have some roster spots open for non-guaranteed guys. We’ve seen Eddie have bright spots in Summer League before, so this isn’t huge news. He’ll likely get a camp invite.
  • Shooting Guard #9
Jarell Eddie and the Wizards have mutually agreed to delay the guarantee date on his contract to the start of the regular season.
Eddie would earn $980k if the Wizards pick up his deal. He’s likely to earn an invite to training camp but there’s plenty of competition from make-good players like Danuel House, Sheldon McClellan and Daniel Ochefu.
  • Shooting Guard #9
Jarrell Eddie has signed a contract to play in the D-League.
Eddie will join the Austin Spurs, but won’t have any fantasy value in 2016-17.
  • Shooting Guard #9
Wizards waive G/F Jarell Eddie, F Johnny O’Bryant and G Casper Ware.
He had a partial guarantee and it looked like he was going to make the team, but it didn’t happen. Eddie will likely be back in the NBA soon.
  • Shooting Guard #9
Jarell Eddie is expected to sign a 10-day contract with the Suns.
The Suns are shutting down their veterans left and right, so maybe Eddie can get some run on the wings in Phoenix. Unless you’re in a very deep league, feel free to ignore the sharpshooter for now.
  • Shooting Guard #9
    Suns sign G/F Jarell Eddie.
It’s just a 10-day deal for the former Wizard. Eddie didn’t really do much in his 26 games with the Wizards, but he did have a 12-point game against the Nets. He likely won’t see much run unless Devin Booker needs to miss time.
  • Shooting Guard #9
Jarell Eddie made his season debut on Sunday with 13 points (3-of-8 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), two 3-pointers and two rebounds in 29 minutes, without any assists or defensive stats.
Eddie inked a 10-day deal with Phoenix this weekend and it didn’t take long for coach Earl Watson to call his number tonight. Keep in mind that the Suns were desperate for healthy bodies with eight players available tonight (not including Tyson Chandler), and Eddie isn’t likely to see such a robust role once Devin Booker (ankle), in particular, gets back on the court. He’s just a guy to watch in deep leagues.
  • FA Power Forward #21
T.J. Warren (illness) is out for Sunday’s game against the Rockets due to illness.
With Warren on the shelf it is likely Derrick Jones Jr. sees the biggest bump in playing time and fantasy production. Jarell Eddie is also likely to see a little extra run, but Jones is by far the biggest beneficiary.
