Jerami Grant (Achilles) is out for Sunday’s game against the Celtics.
Sunday’s game will be the fifth that Grant has missed due to left Achilles tendonitis. Kris Murray has been the replacement in the starting lineup, but he has not done enough to merit being streamed in any fantasy league.

Jerami Grant (Achilles) is out for Friday’s game against the Clippers.
Grant will miss a fourth straight game as he continues to deal with left Achilles tendon soreness. Kris Murray has been the replacement in the starting lineup, but he is considered questionable for Friday. If Murray also can’t play, Sidy Cissoko may be the next man up.
  • POR Forward #9
Jerami Grant (Achilles) has been ruled out against the Magic on Tuesday.
This will be a third straight absence for Grant, and while there isn’t much concern about this being a severe issue for him, Portland won’t risk further injury but rushing him back. Kris Murray should be in line for a third straight start. He should play plenty of minutes, but he won’t make much of an impact in the box score.
  • POR Forward #9
Jerami Grant (Achilles) is out for Monday’s game against the Pistons.
Grant will miss a second straight game with a sore left Achilles tendon, but there is little concern about this issue in the long term. Kris Murray replaced Grant in the starting lineup on Saturday, playing 40 minutes in a win over the Kings. He may be in line for a similar workload, which makes him worth a look in deep leagues.
  • POR Forward #9
Jerami Grant (Achilles) is now doubtful for Monday’s game against the Pistons.
Grant is on track to miss a second straight game, likely meaning that Kris Murray will remain in the starting lineup. While his production can be modest, Murray played 40 minutes on Saturday. That kind of workload makes him worth the risk in deeper leagues.
  • POR Forward #9
Jerami Grant (Achilles) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Pistons.
Grant did not play in Saturday’s win over the Kings, with Kris Murray replacing him in the starting lineup. Murray logged 40 minutes in Sacramento, and while the production was modest, that amount of playing time is encouraging and makes him worth the risk in deep leagues.
  • POR Forward #9
Jerami Grant (Achilles) is out for Saturday’s game against the Kings.
Initially questionable, Grant’s absence will open up a spot in the Trail Blazers’ starting lineup. Kris Murray and Sidy Cissoko are potential replacements in the starting lineup. While neither qualifies as a must-stream player, Murray offers a slightly higher offensive ceiling.
  • POR Forward #9
Jerami Grant (Achilles) is questionable to play against the Kings on Saturday.
Grant could miss a game for just the second time this season, and popping up with an Achilles issue is scary. If he isn’t available for this game, Sidy Cissoko or Kris Murray will likely slide into the starting lineup, though neither will be worth streaming in standard leagues.

Jerami Grant recorded 20 points (7-of-18 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), nine rebounds, five assists, one block and three three-pointers in Thursday’s win over the Kings.
One game removed from dropping 35 points on the Warriors, Grant had another good night on Thursday. He’s scored at least 20 points in four of his last five games, and the forward’s nine rebounds were a nice bonus for those who have him rostered. Rostered in 43 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Grant has been a top-50 player in nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. Given that production, now would be a good time to roll the dice on Grant, especially with the Trail Blazers facing the Kings again on Saturday.
  • POR Guard #5
Jrue Holiday (calf) is out for Thursday’s game against the Kings.
A little over a week after it was reported that he was doing some non-contact work in practice, Holiday still has not reached the point where he can return to game action. The Trail Blazers will continue to rely on Deni Avdija to run the offense, with Jerami Grant staying in the starting lineup.
