Taylor Hendricks produced 10 points (3-of-9 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, one assist and four blocks in Friday’s win over the Bulls.

While he didn’t offer much offensively on Friday, the Grizzlies had to be encouraged by Hendricks’ four blocked shots. And the defensive end of the floor is where he may prove most valuable once the regular season begins. With Jaren Jackson Jr. no longer in the picture, getting shot-blocking from Hendricks and the offseason acquisition Isaiah Stewart would help offset Trip’s February exit.

Cedric Coward notched 17 points (5-of-12 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 10 rebounds, five assists, two blocks and one three-pointer in Friday’s win over the Bulls.

Making his first appearance in Las Vegas after shoulder surgery sidelined him last summer, Coward finished Friday’s 97-96 victory with a solid double-double. As was the case in Salt Lake City, the Grizzlies wing struggled with his perimeter shot on Friday, shooting 1-of-5 from beyond the arc. However, Coward provided value as a rebounder, defender and playmaker. With the Grizzlies turning the page from the Ja Morant era, Coward is one of the players who will figure prominently in their rotation next season. That makes him a more valuable fantasy basketball option, especially if Coward can improve his perimeter shooting.
Cameron Boozer

Cameron Boozer recorded 23 points (7-of-12 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), six rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and one three-pointer in Friday’s win over the Bulls.

Chicago’s Caleb Wilson may have stolen the show in the matchup of the top-5 draft picks, but Boozer had an excellent game in his own right. The rookie forward led five Grizzlies starters in double figures, with the lone negative being his four turnovers. They haven’t shared the floor in an official game yet, but Boozer already appears to have established good chemistry with Cedric Coward, which bodes well for the Grizzlies moving forward. Since Boozer also played in Salt Lake City, he may not play every game in Las Vegas.
Olivier-Maxence Prosper

Olivier-Maxence Prosper shot 5-of-11 from the field and 3-of-5 from the foul line in Monday’s loss to the Jazz, finishing with 16 points, three rebounds, two assists, one steal and three three-pointers.

Given the glut of power forwards on Memphis’ roster, especially after the team selected Cameron Boozer and Karim Lopez in last month’s draft, these summer games are critical for Prosper as he looks to lock down consistent rotation minutes. He shot a respectable 3-of-8 from beyond the arc on Monday and was a blocked shot shy of a complete stat line. In a perfect world for the Grizzlies, Prosper will play well enough during the summer that the team will decide to shut him down while in Las Vegas.
Cameron Boozer

Cameron Boozer amassed 18 points (6-of-9 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), seven rebounds, four assists, one steal and four three-pointers in Monday’s loss to the Jazz.

Making his second appearance of the summer, Boozer shot 4-of-5 from beyond the arc on Monday. During his lone season at Duke, the 6-foot-8 forward made 39.1 percent of his 3.6 three-point attempts per game, so Boozer is clearly a capable shooter. With the Grizzlies acquiring Isaiah Stewart and tendering an offer sheet to Quinten Post while still having Zach Edey, Boozer’s path to consistent minutes will be at power forward, which is perfectly fine. If he can consistently knock down perimeter shots, that would only enhance his fantasy value next season. Boozer may not be the first rookie selected in standard league drafts, but he merits consideration.
Cedric Coward

Cedric Coward finished Monday’s loss to the Jazz with 23 points (9-of-21 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), one rebound, one assist, one steal, three blocks and three three-pointers.

While he shot 33.8 percent from beyond the arc as a rookie, shoulder surgery that ended his final college season prematurely factored into Coward’s shooting struggles last season. He was only 3-of-12 from deep on Monday and is now 12-of-34 from the field through two summer league games, but Coward did clean things up from inside the arc. The Grizzlies’ wing shot 6-of-9 from two on Monday after missing all four of his attempts on Saturday. Given the number of shots he’s gotten up so far, Coward may not see much time in Las Vegas later this week.
Jahmai Mashack

Jahmai Mashack provided a boost off the bench with 12 points (4-of-6 FGs), two rebounds, four assists, one steal, two blocks and one three-pointer against the Thunder on Saturday.

Mashack is known for his defense and was a strong source of steals at times last season, though he was able to provide far more than just swipes in this game. If he is able to carve out a spot in the Grizzlies rotation at times this season, it will be because of his defense. However, seeing an ability to contribute in other areas is certainly encouraging.
Olivier-Maxence Prosper

Olivier-Maxence Prosper finished with 17 points (5-of-8 FGs), five rebounds, three assists and two three-pointers on Saturday against the Thunder.

The Grizzlies took a chance picking up O-Max last season, and he was able to provide solid value down the stretch. However, he is still fighting for a spot in the rotation after they exercised his option for the upcoming season. Memphis added Cameron Boozer and Karim Lopez in the draft, and Taylor Hendricks is still ahead of him on the depth chart. Still, this was a strong performance for him, though he’ll need to keep it up entering training camp and the preseason.
Javon Small

MEM Guard #10

Javon Small contributed 11 points (4-of-6 FGs), two rebounds, nine assists, two steals and three three-pointers against the Thunder on Saturday.

The 48th pick in 2025, Small took on a larger role than expected during his first season with the Grizzlies due to the various injuries the team faced at the point guard position. Now, he was able to showcase more of those playmaking chops during his first summer league game. He may end up playing a smaller role this season, but if he gets the chance, he can certainly make a fantasy impact as a source of assists.
Taylor Hendricks

Taylor Hendricks finished with 15 points (5-of-6 FGs), four rebounds, three assists, one steal and two three-pointers against the Thunder on Saturday.

Top-10 picks don’t typically play summer league games ahead of their fourth season, but Hendricks hasn’t panned out the way the Jazz hoped he would. Now with Memphis, the extra reps certainly don’t hurt, but with how well he played in this game, it wouldn’t be shocking if he was shut down early. Hendricks only played 12 minutes in this game and should be an important rotation piece for Memphis this season.
