In what was a bad loss for the Lakers, LaRavia, who remained a starter in place of Austin Reaves (groin), was able to have a solid night. LaRavia has been productive as a starter this season, and he’ll continue to play a large role for Los Angeles for the rest of the year. Prior to the game, head coach JJ Redick said that Reaves is expected to be back on this five-game road trip, with this game in Atlanta kicking that off. If Reaves remains out in Charlotte on Monday, LaRavia should get another start, but his time in that role is likely running out.
