After bouncing around the NBA for several years, E’Twaun Moore found a place in Chicago. He started a career-high 22 games and shot a career-high 45.2 percent from three-point range. And now, he’s cashing in. His agent, Mark Bartlestein, told CSN Chicago’s Vincent Goodwill that Moore has agreed to a four-year deal with the Pelicans worth $34 million.

In the current market, anything lower than $10 million per year for a solid rotation player is a steal. Moore is a nice player who can fit well on any team — a good defender who can play both guard positions and shoot from the outside. This is a solid value pickup for New Orleans.
