The referees Dallas Cowboys beat my Detroit Lions in an NFL playoff game yesterday – No, I’m not bitter. Why do you ask? – and all the biggest Cowboys fans celebrated.

That caused some people to point out these tweets from Parsons, who previously played for the Rockets and criticized Houston as not as nice and clean as Dallas on his way out of town:

I think that’s pretty fair. As long as he’s not portraying himself as a lifelong Cowboys fan, I’ll allow it.

Did all the fans in Houston really believe someone who was born, raised and attended college in Florida truly had a deep affinity for the Texans?
