Brandon Knight’s go-ahead 3-pointer in the final minute of last night’s Cavaliers-Suns game was waved off due to Tyson Chandler’s illegal screen.
After the 101-97 Cleveland win, Phoenix coach Jeff Hornacek blamed Cavaliers guard Matthew Dellavedova for the key call.
Jason Lloyd of the Akron Beacon Journal:
Suns coach Jeff Hornacek really didn't like the illegal screen call late on Tyson Chandler, nor is he a Delly fan pic.twitter.com/n00BXLfTCy

One problem: Chandler screened Iman Shumpert. Dellavedova wasn’t even on the court.
That’s Dellavedova circled:
Coaches sometimes recall the wrong names, and Hornacek has a lot on his mind. But this wasn’t a mere mix-up. Hornacek really went after Dellavedova.
Dellavedova has a reputation for dirty play. Some of it is deserved. Some of it is not.
But for anyone arguing he’s unfairly scrutinize, this should be Exhibit A.
