LeBron James played the last four seasons with the Miami Heat, and while facing his former teammates in just his second preseason outing as a member of the Cavaliers, he seemed to forget momentarily which side he was on.
In the early moments of Cleveland’s overtime win on Saturday, James appeared to pop out and set a screen for Norris Cole -- something he’s done countless times in the past.
The problem, of course, is that James now plays for the Cavaliers, so getting in the way of Matthew Dellavedova wasn’t exactly an ideal way to help his new team’s cause.
James may have been more distracted on this night than perhaps he expected. He finished with just seven points on 2-of-8 shooting in 21 minutes of action, although he did leak out in transition to throw down a nice dunk in the vicinity of Chris Bosh.
