When Kareem Abdul-Jabbar began training Roy Hibbert this summer, many wondered whether the Pacers center would develop a skyhook.
I was more interested in whether Abdul-Jabbar would help Hibbert develop confidence.
Hibbert says Abdul-Jabbar did that – and more.

Is that a Mr. Miyagi trick?
Probably not. Abdul-Jabbar is just into martial arts – he even starred in a movie with Bruce Lee – and I bet Hibbert has a nice television.
All the other Pacers ought to be jealous of Hibbert’s summer.
