The Thunder built a lead that reached as many as 17 points in Orlando on Friday, only to see it all come crashing down on the game’s very last play.
The lead remained at double digits late in the third quarter, before the Magic slowly began to chip away. OKC was clinging to a one-point lead with under a minute to play, and Kevin Durant had two shots on consecutive possessions that could have pushed it to three.
But both rimmed out, and his final miss resulted in a fast break opportunity for the Magic -- a three-on-one that ended with Tobias Harris throwing it down at the buzzer to give his team the improbable victory over one of the league’s top teams.
