Quenton Jackson had 21 points (7-of-15 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), eight assists, three steals and one three-pointer in Sunday’s loss to the Pistons.
Jackson finished the season strong with 12.7 points per game and 5.3 assists per game in seven games in April. While the 27-year-old guard certainly showed some promise, it still remains to be seen if he’ll factor into the Pacers’ rotation next year when the team is healthy.
  • IND Guard #26
Ben Sheppard (hip) has been ruled out against the Pistons on Friday.
Sheppard will miss a fifth straight game to wrap up the regular season. Kam Jones, Quenton Jackson and Jalen Slawson should all take on extra minutes with Sheppard out. Sheppard is in the final year of his rookie contract in 2026-27 and profiles as their fourth guard behind a healthy Tyrese Haliburton, Aaron Nesmith and Andrew Nembhard.
  • IND Guard-Forward #2
Andrew Nembhard (back) and T.J. McConnell (hamstring) are out for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.
Nembhard and McConnell remain out for the Pacers’ season finale, leaving the Pacers to once again rely on Quenton Jackson and Kam Jones to handle the point guard responsibilities.
  • IND Guard #26
Ben Sheppard (hip) is out for Friday’s game against the 76ers.
Sheppard is set to miss his fourth consecutive game with a right hip strain. Kam Jones and Quenton Jackson could see more minutes with Sheppard sidelined once again.
  • IND Guard-Forward #2
Andrew Nembhard (back) and T.J. McConnell (hamstring) are out for Friday’s matchup with the 76ers.
Indiana’s injury report is once again lengthy, so Quenton Jackson and Kam Jones should continue to see increased run.
  • IND Guard #26
Ben Sheppard (hip) will not play against the Nets on Thursday.
Thursday’s absence will mark the third straight for Sheppard, who’s served as a part-time starter in his third NBA season. While sidelined, Kam Jones and Quenton Jackson could continue to see a lot of minutes for a Pacers team that has been hurt by injuries this season.
  • IND Guard-Forward #2
Andrew Nembhard (back) and T.J. McConnell (hamstring) are out for Thursday’s game against the Nets.
The continued absences of Nembhard and McConnell mean that Quenton Jackson will continue to serve as the starting point guard. Also, rookie Kam Jones has moved into the rotation as the backup point guard.
  • IND Guard-Forward #2
Andrew Nembhard (back) has been ruled out against the Timberwolves on Tuesday.
Nembhard will miss another game, which means Quenton Jackson should remain the starter at point guard. Jackson logged 29 minutes as the starter on Sunday, while Kam Jones played 19 minutes off the bench.
  • IND Guard-Forward #2
Andrew Nembhard (back) and T.J. McConnell (hamstring) are out for Sunday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Nembhard and McConnell remaining out means that Quenton Jackson should remain in the starting lineup. Given the Pacers’ lack of depth at point guard, he’s worth picking up for the final game of Week 23. Kam Jones played 23 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Hornets, dishing out a season-high 10 assists.
  • IND Guard #29
Quenton Jackson notched 16 points (6-of-8 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), three rebounds, five assists, one steal and two three-pointers in Friday’s loss to the Hornets.
Making another start for the injured Andrew Nembhard, Jackson had an efficient night at the office in Charlotte. He shot 75 percent from the field, and the five assists were countered by just one turnover. Add in the three-pointers, and Jackson was able to provide some value in multiple categories. His ability to affect fantasy basketball in the Pacers’ final game of Week 23 on Sunday depends on Nembhard’s availability.
