Former Oklahoma redshirt sophomore WR Jadon Haselwood will play for Arkansas.
Haselwood (6'2/196) announced his departure from Oklahoma just last week but has already decided where he wants to play in 2022, and it’s for the Razorbacks. He led all Sooner pass catchers this year with six receiving touchdowns to go along with 399 receiving yards. According to the 247Sports Composite, the former five-star recruit was the No. 1 wide receiver in the country in the class of 2019 and the No. 4 player overall,

Oklahoma redshirt sophomore WR Jadon Haselwood is entering the transfer portal.
The great Oklahoma exodus continues, with one of the biggest blows yet. Haselwood (6'2"/196) was a former five-star recruit in 2019, the fourth overall recruit in the entire class. Haselwood hasn’t made the impact many had hoped for, although he is leading the team in touchdown receptions and receptions in general. There are a lot of rumors that Haselwood and Rattler will team up together somewhere else.

Oklahoma sophomore WR Jadon Haselwood caught six passes for 56 yards and three touchdowns in a 52-31 victory over TCU on Saturday night.
Haselwood (6'2/196) had his breakout game with the Sooners, matching his career-high in receptions. He also had his first touchdown since week two against Western Carolina. Haselwood became a favorite target of Caleb Williams in the middle of the game catching touchdowns on three straight Sooners possessions. The connection between these two will be one to watch as Williams gets more snaps under center. Next week, the Sooners take on Kansas Saturday night.

Oklahoma WR Jadon Haselwood named starter on initial depth chart
Leading up to the Sooners opening game of the season, they have released the initial depth chart. Sitting atop the X receiver position as the starter is sophomore WR Jadon Haselwood. While fellow WR Theo Wease was listed as the OR on the depth chart, he will be out at minimum a few weeks with a lower leg injury, opening the door for Haselwood to shine. The former 5-star Haselwood (6'3"/202) is primed to break out after tearing his ACL last spring.

The Athletic’s Jason Kersey writes that Oklahoma is “hopeful that this can finally be the breakout season” for sophomore WR Jadon Haselwood.
Haselwood (6'2/200) was a five-star recruit in the 2019 class and considered by many analysts to be the top wideout prospect for that cycle. The talent hasn’t disappeared, here, but the sophomore has yet to find his stride. In his two seasons at OU, Haselwood has managed just a 23-337-1 combined receiving line. Now, Haselwood did tear his ACL last spring, which essentially washed out his 2020 season (he did see the field in a few games, ultimately). And this is a perpetually loaded receivers room. If Haselwood cannot begin to put it together this coming fall, though, it’s going to be more and more difficult to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Oklahoma sophomore WR Jadon Haselwood did not travel with the team for Wednesday’s Cotton Bowl matchup with Florida.
Haselwood (6'2/196), who missed the Sooners’ first six games after suffering a torn ACL back in April, caught four passes for 65 yards this season. The sophomore wide receiver is still working his way back to full strength, and according to 247Sports his absence was approved by HC Lincoln Riley. Look for Haselwood to be be a consistent contributor for the Sooners in 2021.

Oklahoma redshirt junior WR Charleston Rambo (undisclosed) is going through warmups ahead of Saturday’s game against Kansas.
Rambo (6'1/179) missed last weekend’s win at Texas Tech due to an undisclosed injury, but he appears to be ready to return to the lineup Saturday afternoon. With Jadon Haselwood set to make his 2020 debut after missing time due to a knee injury suffered in April, this may be the healthiest that the Sooners have been at wide receiver this season. Rambo enters Saturday having caught 17 passes for 216 yards and two touchdowns.

Oklahoma sophomore WR Jadon Haselwood is expected to be available for Saturday’s game vs. Kansas after missing time due to a knee injury.
Haselwood (6'2/196) has not appeared in a game this season, as it was reported in April that he had suffered a torn ACL. The sophomore is ready to go, as he made the announcement himself via Twitter Friday night. Given redshirt freshman QB Spencer Rattler, who’s been hot lately, another weapon to work with is bad news for the rest of the Big 12.

Oklahoma sophomore WR Jadon Haselwood is expected to play at some point this season according to HC Lincoln Riley.
The details surrounding Haselwood’s non-football injury remain unknown; while it was reported that he suffered a torn ACL in April, Riley never confirmed that and simply used the “lower leg” label. The sophomore wide receiver would give QB Spencer Rattler another weapon to work with, and based upon Riley’s comments Haselwood’s return is a matter of “when” rather than “if.”

Oklahoma HC Lincoln Riley confirmed that Oklahoma WR Jadon Haselwood suffered a “non-contact, non-workout related” injury that will cause him to miss at least the start of the 2020 season.
Near the end of April, it was reported that Haselwood (6'2/196) had torn his ACL while during a workout. Riley doesn’t confirm either report -- other than calling it a “lower leg” injury, and he claims that the injury was a “freak accident.” A five-star signing by the Sooners last season, Haselwood caught 19 passes for 272 yards in 2019, and was expected to be a big part of the offense to begin the 2020 campaign. There’s a chance that he might get back on the field late in 2020 -- and remember, the COVID-19 pandemic may cause a delay and/or split to the season -- but right now, it seems very likely Haselwood won’t be on the field for their scheduled opener on September 5.
