Chargers signed WR JaQuae Jackson, formerly of the Patriots, to a contract.
Jackson was signed by the Falcons as a UDFA last year but later made his way to the Patriots. He played neither on offense nor special teams. He will compete to make a Chargers roster that recently lost Mike Williams to retirement. The team correspondingly waived UDFA rookie OT Elijah Ellis.
