    Chargers re-signed P JK Scott to a one-year contract.
Scott has now punted for the Chargers for the last three years. He’s landed 28, 30, and 28 punts inside the 20 yard line in those seasons, respectively. Scott previously played for the Packers and Jaguars. Entering his age-30 season, Scott has been more “reliable” than a “punt god.” Though of course he was better than the Punt God last year, but that’s a different story.

    Chargers re-signed P JK Scott to a two-year, $4 million contract.
Scott joined the Chargers last offseason after a one-year stint for the Jags. He ranked in the middle of the pack in net yards per punt attempt and touchback rate. He was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week in Week 12. Scott also briefly took over kickoff duties for the Chargers last year and could do so again in a pinch.

Chargers signed P JK Scott, formerly of the Jaguars.
Scott, 26, kicked in the season finale for Jacksonville after spending the first 17 weeks of the season on the street following a three-year stint with the Packers. In L.A., Scott will likely face competition. Ty Long was the Bolts’ punter last season but is still a free agent.

JK Scott (illness) is questionable for Sunday’s Conference Championship against the 49ers.
It’s a late addition to the injury report. Scott likely won’t be 100 percent but this shouldn’t keep him out of the NFC Championship game.

Packers selected Alabama P JK Scott with the No. 172 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft.
Scott (6’6/208) punted for the Crimson Tide all four years, graduating at the school’s all-time leader in gross average (45.6). Scott dropped 50% of his 2017 punts inside the opponents’ 20-yard line and doubled as Alabama’s kickoff specialist. Scott showed enough versatility, leg strength, and accuracy in the SEC that he has a shot to become a long-term NFL solution at punter. NFL.com’s Gil Brandt rated Scott the No. 127 player in this entire class.

Packers signed fifth round P JK Scott to a four-year contract.
With Justin Vogel cut, the Packers will go into the season with Scott as their punter. Green Bay also signed seventh-round LS Hunter Bradley.
